I have to say I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon Bene around May 2020. I really can't begin to tell how she was more then my agent, she took care of all my needs and wants like a mother does for her kid. I eventually started calling her mom. She made my house hunt go short and smooth. After one house that we saw and didn't like she truly understood what I was looking for. Finally in July we found a house we fell in love with and Sharon aka Mom went head first into making sure she did everything she could to get us our dream house. I highly recommend if your looking to buy you always call mom Sharon Bene. She is the best there is and the best there will be in the realtor market. Most importantly she will never let you down. Maria and Thomas made our house hunting an amazing experience. The only reason we're sad is because we won't see these two as often as we did during our hunt. After such a great experience, we consider them more than just our agents. Without Maria and the help of Thomas, we would've never found our perfect home. There were bidding wars for each offer we had but they knew how to keep us motivated during our search. Maria avoided all that bidding war nonsense with our new home and somehow got a firm agreement with the listing agent on how the house should be sold to us. I'm still at awe that Maria was even willing to take money out of her own commission to have helped us during our current home's bidding war. They spend a lot of time to explain everything that came up and treated us like we were their one and only client. Maria works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience with what she does and made things go smoothly. Thomas has a great sense of humor. Realtor Joe Ianiro took my contract to his favorite lawyer, who finalized the contract without calling me and consulted onlyJoe. When a contracted was executed without my consent and without my even knowing what was in the final contract, I asked Joe for copies of the paper work and he refused to send them to me. When I complained to the broker, Mary Ellen Courtney, she refused to take my story seriously and act on it. Shameful ethics and illegal practices by this agency made for a very miserable real estate transaction.
