I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to find an apartment during Covid-19 as there are many people trying to move from NY to NJ. I kept searching online for a place but almost every listing for a decent apartment had several contacts.. it was like it was a competition to find something. I saw a place I really loved which Max Fluss Real Estate posted, and I immediately called to inquire about it. David Watters helped me tremendously, and I can’t thank him enough! He suggested my partner and I pre-apply for the place I viewed so that if we saw the apartment once the previous tenants moved out.. it would be ours if we wanted it. That’s exactly what happened, and I am more than happy! :)

This place has bed bug infestation. The landlord will not take responsibility and won't hesitate to blame the tenants. Stay away from this place

Openly stated no concern for residents during the pandemic. Will not not make rent amendments during these situations without DEMANDING personal information they are not entitled to so they can consider on a case by case basis.
