Horrible place to live. Mostly section 8 recipients who are drug addicts and on two occasions, saw them peeping on a females window. Erica at the office is extremely rude and will not help at all.nnStay away! All this reality company seems to be concerned with is renting to welfare recipients who show zero care for their surroundings. Not a good place to live at all.

Very rude staff and incompetent,I put my name on a list for showing a month earlier and they told me to call back but no one picks up I got to talk to them finally,koval himself is rude and staff are not helpful either.so I ended up not choosing their apartment because I dont want to deal to a rude and helpless management.the first impression the made was very bad
