Don't waste your time with a fellow named Rolando. He is very rude and I don't think he understands realestate and what he is talking about. I asked him how much is the application fee and he tells me there is none and next day he says there is a fee. He also says the fee is the same in all of new jersey. He has no idea what he is saying and is very misinformative. Also he says I am not allowed to look for my own apartments on my spare time as I surely can and I did not even do an application with him yet or anything. Go to another agency and invest your time and money on an agent who knows what they are doing. Not this guy.
