THE WORST! My apartment had mold and they lied and said that there was not while I have proof. If you can do not lease or rent with any of their apartment complexes. They just want your money but do not care for customer service or happiness.

Absolute worst tenant experience of my life.nnFrom a creepy maintenance guy who consistently has made passes at me throughout my two years of living here, to a mouse problem in the building this past winter, all the way to the unpleasant experience I have had with Lea Sherman the Collections manager - PLEASE steer clear of CJ Lombardo. If you're looking to live in Hackensack, spend the extra money to live in the other more well-kept properties on Prospect Avenue. These people are crooks, with automatically renewing RESIDENTIAL property leases which is unheard of.nnThe entire experience has stressed me out and made me extremely uncomfortable with every individual who works for the company. Steer clear.

CJ Lombardo company does not respond to it's residents when they have emergencies. For example we had a retainer wall being replaced when a storm hit and started to wash clay mud all over the sidewalk. It made it near impossible to leave our building. I had to call the police to get a response.
