Our agents name was Waldo H. Capcha. Picking Waldo was the worse mistake we could have made. First, he did not disclose that the home we wanted was in a flood zone. I was the one who found out after we submitted the first offer. Second, he lied to us about our closing date. Which led us to have to pay an extra whole month of rent. Third, he called our bank without authorization and tried to gather information about our mortgages status. Last but not least after closing he withheld our keys all because he wanted us to sign the Affiliated Business Disclosure because he wanted an extra commission from Carnegie Title. Yes people at this brokerage they push their title company so the agents could receive an extra commission from that as well. He literally sent me texts saying “you’ll get the keys after you sign.” Our lawyer said he legally could not do that. Stay far away from this unethical, unscrupulous agent. He just wants for you to sign papers and close - not to make his clients happy but to get his commission.

I had Sam Hamedanchian as my realtor and he was an amazing agent! We actually had an agent before him who was just awful and my boyfriend and I were distrustful of using another agent. But, Sam changed our opinion on that. He was intelligent, professional, resourceful and diligent in following up with us and setting up appointment to view houses and apartments. He was respectful of our boundaries and budget and found us some AMAZING places but unfortunately, securing a place in Bergen County with less than a 700 credit score is a bit of a challenge. My boyfriend and I eventually found a place out of the county on our own but when we decide to move back to Bergen County, Sam will be our first call! 5/5 would recommend him to any and all of my friends and family looking to move in the future.
