We were first time home buyers, but Lisa made us feel at ease from our very first zoom call. I network with Lisa for the last 3 Years and every week I hear other members speak highly of Lisa. One day I approached her and told her I would love to purchase a home some day but I wasn’t sure I could. I had many fears. When we made the decision to begin the search for our first home we knew it was going to be a difficult experience. We had heard stories from friends and family of how frustrating the process can be and how hard it would be to find a good real estate agent. Thankfully we were recommended to Lisa, who was not just a good real estate agent but a great one! The first time we met we spent almost two hours prioritizing what was important to us in searching for our first home. Lisa listened and took notes for the two hours we were with her. She asked questions and helped us think of things that we were not thinking of on our own. She outlined each step of the process and made sure to let us know that she would be our guide for the next few months.nThat process began in early November, and we just recently closed on our house. For the last six months we spent almost every weekend visiting homes with Lisa. You would think that this process would have grown to be tiresome, however, we looked forward to going out with her. She would point out issues or concerns that we did not notice, and at times would just tell us that she didn’t think the house would be a good fit for us. Her patience and positive attitude made us feel like we had all the time in the world to decide, when I’m sure she was busy and had many other people to work with.nThe day we saw our new home, Lisa had mentioned that she found a house that she thought was perfect for us. She was right. The second we walked in we knew it was the house we wanted. Lisa had put in the time and effort to get to know us and knew that this was the house we were looking for. In the end she was just as happy as we were that we found our home.
