1: When our buyer agent arranged final walk through, Nena came back to us, the only available time was 1 hour before closing.nn2: She said the oil tank was already removed with certificate but actually was not after home inspection. Fortunately seller was willing to remove the oil tank.nn3: When she described the house of storybook! but actually it was “as is” property, take it or leave.nn4: Closing date was firm, not able to move up or later.nnWorst experience compared two other properties I had deal with in NYC! Will not purchase property under her list ever again.nn1 star is for the donut and coffee on the home inspection day
