Had A To Z out to complete all new plumbing for a bathroom renovation, as well as replace an old cast iron drain. Joe did a fantastic job! Although they were busy, he went above and beyond to get all the work completed. Their customer service rep in the office was professional and did her best to schedule our project in a timely manner. This is the third time I’ve used A to Z (two smaller jobs prior to this large one) and Ive been completely satisfied every time. I read a couple of reviews commenting on their prices. Dustin was able to complete the job in an hour, the cost came in well under the estimated cost, and I was able to get on the schedule just a couple days out from my call. Overall, very satisfied, and will be a returning customer should the need ever arise.

The repair was through my rental agency and they did a fine job. But it took almost a week and a half for them to answer the phone. They showed up at the house the first time unanounced. Called me using a private number I couldnt call back. Not fun at all.
