Avalon at Wesmont Station

My daughter and i moved in on August 3rd we love it here with our dog Coco.Francisca who is our customer service has been awesome too us making sure we are comfortable and adjusted to living here She is amazing at her job answering all our questions .. The maintenance crew has repaired the little things that we have found to be broken or not working..They are amazing how fast they can get to you and fix things They are very friendly and polite and professional..

I want to compliment the office staff! They are always professional and helpful, but I need to specifically acknowledge William Cullinane!nWilliam is outstanding! He is always willing to help in any way he can.— from answering my questions to responding very quickly to my emails - Williamngoes above and beyond. One day he actually carried a heavy box upstairs to my apartment for me!!!nWilliam’s welcoming personality is such a great asset to the apartment complex!nI just wanted to thank them all (especially William) for their hard work and dedication!

Love this place! We moved in last year and Will and John were so helpful and welcoming! There is nothing they don't want to help out with and always with a huge smile on their faces. The bus to NYC is super close, like a 5-10 min walk, and so is the train. The amenities are also good: gym is in good condition, pool is unfortunately closed due to the pandemic, but overall it's good. Garage is pricey ($150 for the first car), but optional. The one thing that is absolutely the best here is the maintenance and Luis is simply the nicest and most hard-working guy! He helped us out with many situations in our bathroom and we just really appreciate him. He is honestly the best! We truly recommend this place! Irena & Dorde

What a great experience so far. The apartment is great as well as the building and support here. But mostly- I cant say enough about how great Jonathan at Wesmont station is. He has been there every step of the way to help us getting settled into our new home and clearly careas about how people are doing. Its always refreshing when someone is genuinely nice, especially when they have to go out of their way to help you out. What a stellar dude.

Luis and Alex, the maintenance team, were so helpful and awesome. They came into fix our bathroom fan as it was not working and then after I quickly asked if they could check out my sink as it wasn't draining quickly. Both problems were fixed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Luis and Alex!nnI also want to shout out William and Jonathan from the leasing office, as they have helped me out in a pinch many times.nnThanks to the team for all your help at Avalon at Wesmont Station!
