Hi-Speed Laundry

Sunday morning the employee is never on time. Currently waiting for someone to open. 20 minutes late so far. Not good. Same thing every week. This week will be worse because I’m sure the person didn’t fix her clock.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been washing my clothes here for years. Recently there is new staff, none of which I can talk to because they don’t speak English. The place is filthy, lint traps loaded, tops of machines full of spilled over soap, dryers don’t work, no empty carts to put my wet clothes in. Horrible! When I approached an employee because of a dryer issue she offered me a quarter and threw her hand up and walked away. Said it wasn’t her problem. Rude! Nasty! I won’t step foot in that place again. Where is the Board of Health when you need them? Done!

I have gone here for years and it has changed owners etc. However every time someone new is hired I am the ginuea pig, as I drop off my laundry and PAY for them to do it. First they lose a $60 pair of pink sweatpants of mine when they had a girl working there, that didn’t care for the job (who ended up getting let go)I just didn’t notice until the second time I brought my laundry in, and didn’t have time to go down and sit and watch cameras for hours, so they claim it’s not their fault. I don’t do laundry anywhere else. They have mixed up my clothes with someone else’s. Now another article of pink clothing which is expensive a $45 shirt has come back with a huge stain on it and now the shirt is ruined. The new worker still has trouble with the computer. But most of all I drove down there on a Saturday to show the owner my shirt, (who is never there now anymore) and left a message it is now Wednesday and I have yet to be contacted back and have left 2 messages since Saturday. I don’t go out of my way to do this, but enough is enough. I have given multiple chances. I am highly upset that about $100 dollars worth of my clothes is gone or ruined. Now the service has gone down the tubes. I’ve specifically have asked the owner to do my laundry as the employees who work there clearly aren’t trained properly or just don’t care. I pay and trust you do to my laundry. Now I am done. If your not doing your laundry yourself, DO NOT DROP YOUR LAUNDRY OFF AND PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. Owner is never around anymore and doesn’t seem to care about customer service now. Will be going somewhere else after the 8 chances I’ve given them.
