Foxy Nails

The one star was simply a over-exaggerated gesture. I’d give them a negative star if I could. The establishment itself is hanging on by a thread, and the only professional working their is the young lady. The main guy cares more about what’s going on, on his laptop than the client he would be attending at that very moment. I asked for marble and he had the audacity to put black dots on my white nail and then scribble them. When I told him this isn’t the way marble looks he insisted it was. Save your money and stay as far away from this place as possible!

This owner needs to get it together! The guy at the front table does nothing but sit on his phone and smoke cigarettes (even while doing your nails). He is so rude to everyone, instead of working he sends everyone next door to Foxy 2. This one is going to end up closing just like his other one Funky Nails did! The only reason I give one star is because the girl is awesome .

Unfortunately this is the second time i go, and the one guy that sit in the front table, told me that today ,Sunday, gel manicures and pedicures are closed. Basically he did not want to help me and turned a client away. Turning away a client, is turning away money. And for that, you should not be working with people if have no social skills. I am a paying customer. You have noone in your seat. Your reputation isnt great. Maybe you should try another field of work. Dont have a nail salon open and then tell someone they are closed. Clearly you are open. I asked the next door nail salon. And they are shocked you did that.

Horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would! They used to be good but everything has changed in the past few months! I been coming here since I was 16 and I’m 38 now! I came in 2 different times in past 2 months and was told they don’t do pedicures anymore because they don’t have anyone who does them!? Meanwhile I saw a nail tech doing a pedicure for another client!??? When I called them out on it the owner said it’s only for that client?! WTF? They said they can do my nails but sent me next door for pedicure! Why would u turn down money? Smfh and WHY would I go to 2 different salons? And waste twice the time??? Ridiculous! NEVER going back again! My daughter used to go there too and stopped because quality has gone down too and it’s always some BS with this place! This salon is empty now, they lost many customers for their workmanship and quality. Ever since my nail tech Sunny left this place has gotten worse! No thanks! We’ll go spend our money elsewhere where they offer full quality service!
