My husband’s company referred us to this company to buy a home since we were relocating. The agent did fine helping us find a home. However, a couple years later we contacted her to get her opinion and find out what the process entails if we were to move back. Let’s just say we made a huge mistake. We were rushed and ill advised. House was sold within 2 weeks. She did not put the fact that we spent over 60k in renovations into consideration and their total commission is 5%. Overall we are selling our home below market value and at a loss. They truly put us in a dire situation with a newborn and complicated medical conditions. Please do NOT use this company if you are looking for an agent who is thorough and have your best interest at heart. More importantly, take your time and do your own research. Don’t follow the comps make sure the numbers make sense to you.nI do not recommend them. I will no longer work with them and my husband will surely share his experience with his employer and ALL his colleagues.
