Avaria of Santa Fe Apartments

I have enjoyed living here for 1 year and look forward too many more. I have found the manager and maintenance crew to be outstanding. When any issue needed prompt attention I feel like they are addressed in a timely manner. Although there is renovation taking place that makes it a little difficult at times, I am pleased with the courtesy the Avaria staff has shown. I am excited to see the improvements to the property when it has been completed. This is a place I feel I can call home.

We love our new apartment home here at Avaria. The whole management team has been extremely helpful and with our move in. They are currently doing renovations but the place is still beautiful and peaceful. The neighbors I have met so far are all very nice.

Had my moped stolen from the parking lot. Got woken up again at 8 am from them doing construction. Good thing no one works nights smh.

New mgmt now. The place is a great experience and they work really hard to keep things improving.

Lived her in the late nineties..They are average and overpriced. Lots of centipedes.
