I have been a customer at this shop for several years. The quality of his work has been good which is why I have returned. However, the last time I had some tailoring done (I think the price he charged was high), he promised the work would be ready on a certain date (over 3 weeks from when I brought it in). I know he recently had eye surgery so I was understanding of the long wait time. I returned a week past the date that my coat was supposed to be ready. He said he had started it but it was not finished. How do you not have an item ready when promised.... after having it for over a month? What if I needed it that day? I had to return to pick it up a few days later and there was no consideration for my time in having to make an extra trip. I don't think that is a good way to treat your customers. I will not return to this shop and will not give them any more of my business.

Not cheap, but darned good work.

*** BEWARE OF THIS SHOP, THIS STORY ILLUSTRATES THE INTEGRITY THAT THIS SHOP OPERATES WITH***nI work in a metal free environment and dropped off pants to have a metal zipper replaced for a plastic/metal free zipper. I brought in a plastic zipper and he told me the zipper was too short to use. Further, he told me that he had a plastic zipper and would put that zipper in my pants. I picked them up and brought them to work to test the zipper that he put in. There was METAL in the zipper. I brought the pants back to the shop & told him that the zipper he put in also has metal in it. He tells me that he cannot do anything and that it will cost more money to replace the zipper again EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME HIS ZIPPER WAS METAL FREE. I tell him that I would purchase a plastic zipper at MY OWN COST & bring it back to the shop as long as there would be no additional cost. He tells me that he cant do it for free and their would be an additional charge. In the end, this shop STOLE $25 from me.

Great work and reasonably priced. Cash only.
