Oakland Cleaners

Generally, my experiences at this dry cleaner have been fine, except today was appalling. My husband dropped off a suit and collared shirt to get cleaned and pressed for a wedding. When he brought it home the white collared shirt was beyond wrinkled with deep creases all over the seem lines. It was so terrible. There was no way he could wear it. When I brought it back to ask if it could be repressed, the cleaner wanted to charge us for a hand press instead of doing it complimentary. He never advised at drop off that a hand press was the right way to go with this shirt’s material and tried to spin it like it was our fault for not knowing that. Clearly no integrity in his work and absolutely no customer service. He argued with/mocked me in front of other customers and told me I had to pay to fix the shirt he ruined. I’ll never go back here.

I have tried many different dry cleaners before finding Oakland Cleaners, they do a great job and are very environmentally friendly. I have a reusable bag and reusable hangers. They are very nice and they do a great job!

Really nice friendly dry cleaner that does excellent work at competitive prices. Location is near I-287 and has plenty of parking. I’m now officially a regular customer! ud83dude0a
