Very nice building with welcoming staff. All leasing and concierge's staff were inviting and helpful throughout the entire experience. Lovell in maintenance was a world of help during my move-in. He answered all requests promptly within the same day. He even provided some helpful tips on layout and functionality. This made for a smooth transition into my apartment home. A great place to live!

I've been here 3+ years and have zero complaints. The apartment (and entire building) is well designed and newly constructed - but what puts Twenty50 over the top is the staff. Head concierge James is the heart and soul of the building - and every other person behind that front desk has been above and beyond. The leasing office staff has always put respect first and been the right blend of professional and personal. The maintenance staff is top notch. Any problem or repair - they are literally in and out without a trace with the highest level of competence, professionalism, and customer relations. Lovell just left a few minutes ago after perfectly diagnosing and solving a mechanical issue before it became a problem. I have 30 years in the construction field, so when I give the building staff high marks it is not an empty compliment.nLastly, the entire staff has not missed a beat during the pandemic and they have risen to the circumstance in a way that has made everyone here feel safe and valued.nGreat place to live - Thanks 2050 : - D

Awesome building and the concierge, leasing department and maintenance staff are great. Had some things to repair and move around the apartment and Lovell and Josh over in maintenance helped me out in a big way! Nice to have staff around that attend to you in a prompt and super professional manner! Thank you guys!!

We just recently moved into the Twenty50 complex and had several questions regarding plumbing, electric, how to hang pictures etc. in order to comfortably settle in. Upon setting an appointment, Joshua showed up immediately and pleasantly helped us on every inquiry we had. He was quick, extremely efficient and polite. We had zero complaint and felt safe about living in our new home. Thank you Joshua!

This is an exceptional property rental. The staff is very professional, exceptional and considerate. This makes you feel like a family especially when you just move to the area. Highly recommended property. The community is surreal.
