DO NOT work with Tulay Akdemir. VERY unprofessional, NONRESPONSIVE. The worst experience ever. She leaves you with no response for days. As a first time apartment renter, i had many questions and she did not answer nor respond back.nHave any questions? Forget about it, expect no answer!! Just know i warned you.

My roommates and I could not be more happy that we found Nahya to help us with apartment hunting. We are completely satisfied with the apartment we found and Nahya went above and beyond to make it work for us. She was determined to find us an apartment we loved and was willing to schedule as many viewings as possible. She is patient and professional, and never made us feel like we were a burden or taking too much of her time. She helped us not only during the apartment search, but afterwards as well. She did everything she could to accommodate our requests and worked with the landlord even after we signed the lease. Thanks to Nahya, we have found our temporary home that we hope to enjoy for the next few years!

We have been in our rental 2 months now, the broker was aware of the owners financial situation and knew the house was going into foreclosure. They continued to rent it to us anyways and have provided NO HELP what so ever. They will not return our calls. They took their brokerage fee and vanished. The house foreclosed on and now we are stuck dealing with the bank who’s telling us “we are not in the business of rentals” which is not the banks fault. The fact that this brokerage was aware of this situation and still rented it, took our fees, security deposit, and first months rent with no response as too what’s going on or how to move forward is the issue. Stay far away to avoid the headache we are currently experiencing.
