Joshua Baris is a shady person with disrespectful manners. He was not my agent but he was a seller's agent on a house that had accepted offer on. I suffered a lot because of his shady attitude.... one day he is with me and agrees on a price .... the next day he is using my offer to put pressure on someone else.nnWhat annoyed me the most is his nonresponsibensss .... After me and the seller agreed on the offer and started the rider, he and the lawyer Steven Freesman took 3 days without answering their emails, phones or texts.... and then he come back asking for 70K more!! When I declined to raise the offer we agreed upon, they take another day before saying yes let's go ahead with the deal .... and then within 2 hours and 22 minutes they email back saying: nope! We are going with another buyer!!!nnDealing with Joshua was a true emotional roller coaster. Totally unprofessional
