Curt was the guy I talked with to fix my machine, he ended up breaking another piece, then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy new machine. Stihl. Made in China. Curt. Communist. I went to ace hardware and they got me taken care of in a professional manner. I will go to ace and tell all my friends to go to ace as well. More jobs for the community and better personal encounters.
Over 30 years in the community and the owner behind the counter gives her whole heart and soul to this business. It shows with every interaction how much she cares for every one of her customers, and proves this business deserves to be a staple in Coos county. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Shady guy selling ford and dodge truck for rip off prices here...
My dad went in the other day to get his saw fixed (after he had taken it to them to fix for the 3rd time of them not getting it running), and the lady (owner/owner's wife) couldn't find the paperwork and got irrate at my dad and told him to just take it to some other shop to get it fixed. My dad won't be dealing with them, especially with that lady's working there.
Great owner and he took the time to teach me about my new piece of equipment
