Ruined a Burberry and Canada goose jacket! Won’t take responsibility. He washed it 3 times trying to fix it and ironed it when the label clearly says no ironing!! What kind of dry cleaners does not read labels??! Especially dealing with expensive clothing! He refuses to pay for the damages and instead he bangs a hanger on the table yelling saying it’s not his fault the jackets are discolored. He threatened for me to to bring my husband! For what?! A professional business owner does not act this way. He MUST be new with no dry cleaners experience. We’ll be seeing you in court!

Ruined two new polo shirts and a new pair of selvage jeans. They came back looking worse than when I dropped them off. I always dry clean brand new clothes for the first time to protect clothes, however the new polo shirts are shrunk and the new jeans got fading a bit. I asked and confirmed to dry clean those clothes not wash in water, but I am sure the owner washed them in water. Would NOT recommend ever.

Been using this dry cleaning service for over 5 years. They do excellent work, clothes come out perfectly pressed, customer service is 5 star and the work they do cannot be matched by other dry cleaners in the area. That's a promise. I don't even live in town anymore, but drive there because I haven't been able to find such a great dry cleaning service in my area.

Ruined my expensive sweater and never apolgized. Continously repeats that he doesn’t know why it happened.
