Not a star is worth it.nMy wife bought her wedding dress that is valued at $1,975.00, but was able to buy it a exclusive sample sale that was not open to the public. We had the dress tailored first and the tailor suggested that we should have the dress dry cleaned. So we took the suggestion and had the dress dry cleaned by the tailors suggested dry cleaners. After not hearing about our dress for three weeks we called the tailor numerous times to only find out that they were having a issues with the dress and told us they needed to dry clean it again. So we waited till about two weeks before our wedding only to find out that they were going to return the dress to us not even in the original dust bag & the dress being mangled as if someone just ripped apart the dress. They didn’t even say anything about the condition of the dress & returned it to us two week before our wedding day. We found out that the dress was severely damaged when my wife tried on at home. So we went back to the tailor & he said that it wasn’t his fault that it was a cheap dress and that the stars didn’t line up correctly for us this time for us to just understand that we were un lucky and to buy a new dress. We simply asked for insurance to replace the dress only to find out that both the dry cleaners and tailor both refuse to replace the dress. After arguing back and forth about what should be done the dry cleaners wife wrote out a written agreement that they would replace the same dress from the same company and that we would have to pay out of pocket and bring them the receipt and then they would pay the cost of the replacement dress. Once we bought the dress and brought them the receipt they said that insurance will not take our claim that we can’t speak to the insurance company and that they don’t have to replace the dress at all.

Never had any problems. Always on time.

Horrible service, low quality, not ready on time, not able to remove plain stains.nHighly overpriced, but not able to clean at all. Maybe ok for shirts but no way to clean there not cheap clothes. They just kill it. Money and time wasting.
