Very questionable business practice of creating a gentrification overlay over the entire Casa Alegre neighborhood. Real Estate has always been an unnecessary middleman which inserts itself between buyers and sellers to skim profits. The Casa Alegre neighborhood has traditionally been an affordable area close to jobs and essential services. No one needs this group to actively go door to door inserting themselves here. Thankfully with the internet, their services really aren’t needed.
