I absolutely love this Spa!!! Upon services they greet you outside to take a temperature, followed by a brief survey. When we entered it was based on appointment only and social distancing was in full affect. They were unbelievably clean and well organized!nnThe technician Brianna, was amazing and very kind. I absolutely loved Grace, who gave me the best gel manicure! They also offer these amazing gel products which are exclusive and lasted a very long time! I can’t brag enough about this Splendid Spa Salon.nnI’m so glad we came across this charming spa! I’m super picky and very content with their services!nnThis is our new spot!nnKeep up the great work!!!

The owner of the salon rushed each and everyone of the customers as they entered the salon. She Repeatedly said to all who entered “please pick a color” giving no chance for the customer to properly view all the selections. It was anxiety producing the way she rushed everyone and that is simply unacceptable to the paying customer. There was a general Consensus between all the customers there that no one felt comfortable. The prices are also wildly over priced for a simple pedicure, no extravagant spa like treatments were done to warrant the prices. Worse place EVER!!!

Owner was very humble and super nice. They have procedures and policies in place to ensure safe social distancing while at the salon. Facilities were very clean and it even smelled nice.
