Dakota Canyon Apartments

I have lived at Dakota apartments for a few years now. The management that was here when I first moved in was amazing and friendly. The new management has put many things in place that do not make sense in the mist of COVID and the struggles everyday that people are going through. For example, why is it now policy to tow a car when it does not have a sticker, costing residents more money. Why is it now policy that cars will get booted if the sticker is on the windshield WRONG? When the residents were first told that you can put it on the back window, or if it was to dark, you can put it on the front. This seems like nonsense. So if a person does not have the sticker placed correctly you will be booted and will have to spend $75 to get it unbooted? Tell me is this good customer service? NO.

Clean, affordable, great location! Not the same property managers that made this place awesome when I moved here 3 years ago, so it goes. There is some neighborhood riff raff, that wanders through the property, other than that it’s a nice community to live in.

Marcennia was more than helpful, and communicative. She made our move in a walk in the park. Dakota Canyon apartments are quiet, comfortable and affordable considering they are in Santa Fe. Very Much enjoying our stay!
