I must say considering our budget and our preferred county, the apartments John showed us were very decent. John really made the whole process stress free. Working with John made finding our new appartment so incredibly easy - stress free. John is patient, kind and attentive. He knew we wanted a 1 bedroom (downgrading from our North Bergen place) in a more populated area, but that we also had a budget. He found us several listings, in our budget, in some really cool areas. We had some bumps in the road due to our time constraints, but within our time frame, found the perfect place. After showing up (early every time) at a listing in The Heights, we immediately told him we'd take the lease. We live there currently and will certainly work with John exclusively when and if the time should come to move. Do NOT hesitate to work with John. I’m regret to rent apartment through them, I paid security deposit right on the day after I saw the apartment and give them one month to renovate, and in the whole month I have no feed back until the end of the month, and I keep ask the realtor and she kept making up the story and just don’t want to tell me that when can I get the key , this is very unprofessional business, and such bad customer service, if there’s anyway I can cancel this apartment I’d love to do thatnHERE IS UPDATEnIt’s been a very tough time for me to moving to the new apartment and first time experience like this I suppose move in the apartment at 2-1 and the inspector didn’t give pass that means I can’t move in on time and we already bring stuff that was very frustrating but here I want to thanks to Cecilia Stevanoski she’s very nice and patient and she truly feel bad for me and really try to solve the problem and trying to help me, so at least we got to move in for temporary sleep at next door, so I change from one star to four stars, the three stars is from Cecilia love to work with her
