It was an absolute pleasure working with Ms. Jones, let me start of by saying how we met which for me is the most important part, I am actually a seasoned real estate agent licensed in NYC so I can say first hand I am probably a challaging client ud83dude09 she called me one day inquiring about my condo that was in between a short sale and foreclosure process...I conveyed to her that I had an agent who I wasn’t that happy with but I was working with some one. She was by far one of the kindest agents I’d come across in a very long time, she was patient and professional and wished me well! My first thought was I want to do business with that woman one day! So the day came a lot quicker than I expected, when me and my fiancée found our dream home when browsing an open house after brunch one day; I had no doubt Ms. Jones was the agent who could assist us in making this a reality. I called her up she put in the offer on our behalf, it accepted and our three month journey began...It was grueling, the mortgage broker was unprofessional & our attorney was rude...it was to say the least unpleasant...our only slice of solitude was dealing with Ms. Jones! I don’t know how she did it but she held it all together...she did her best to block us from as many as unpleasantness as she could, she answered ALL calls, responded to emails quickly and was available even when she was on vacation! I mean her service was top notch...we closed she took us out to dinner. She is truly a class act and I highly recommend her services and I hope I have the opportunity to work with her in many deals in the future...
