Working with RE/MAX properties select was great. We sold our home in less than 10 days after listing it and saved thousands. The process was incredibly easy. Great company! Service was wonderful! I had a great experience working with RE/MAX Properties Select company. Very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous people working for the company. I would highly recommend to use RE/MAX Properties Select for any real estate transactions!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This office, and their manager, is incompetent. They had my mother's co-op apt listed for 1 year and was unable to sell it because the realtor, Allan Fierstein, priced it way to high - no other apts sold for anything close to that asking price historically. He convinced my mother to price it high with an 8% listing (which even our attorney said he has NEVER seen), and did ZERO marketing of her unit - no advertising, no flyers, nothing. When we finally convinced my mother to lower the price and got some showings and offers, he did NOT keep the family updated on progress. We only found out when we called him (required multiple calls / texts every time before we would receive a return call). When we called to speak to the Broker of the office he was rude to us and backed the practice of listing high and taking an 8% listing. So if you want to list your property with an office for a higher commission than the market average, and receive ZERO marketing efforts for your money, then this is the office for you. But if you want agents who know the market, who will work for and market the property, and price the unit in line with past sales (instead of 60% higher than the previous comps), and who will keep you the customer informed on feedback and status of any offers, then look elsewhere.
