Fair Lawn Carpet Cleaning

I called to have a carpet cleaned and the person on the phone told me that they would come a different day. I told her “nevermind” and disconnected. She called me back immediately to tell me that they have room today at 4pm and if anything changes , she’ll call me back in 30 minutes . I told her please don’t waste my time because today is the only day. She assured me this will not happen and they need ongoing customers . 5pm comes by, no call. I call her and ask her what’s going on and she said “ oh yeah he told me he won’t make it “ . I asked her why she didn’t tell me and she said “ well I didn’t know that would happen” . Terrible customer service . I would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.
