I ordered a gorgeous Kilim rug online (brand new company, great discount-do not do that) and when I opened the package, it reeked of old crusty cigarette smoke like it had been in a smoker's house for 100 years. I thought I was going to have to send the rug back it was so bad! Rug Wash saved the day! Not only did they come to my home and pick it up within 2 days, they rushed the order for me and brought it back smelling fresh as a breeze within a week. Then, to top it all off, they laid it down for me including the rug pad I had purchased, and put my sofa back on it! Talk about above and beyond service. These are truly sweet, kind guys who did an amazing job cleaning my stinky rug and delivery with a smile. I will absolutely be using them again!
