Denise Cleaners

This is the most professional cleaner in Fort Lee/ Palisades area. They are using exceptional detergents, so the clothes are not stiff after cleaning. The cost is a dollar higher than other normal cleaners, but they provide excellent service. Hence, I usually drop off high-end brands' clothes.nMoreover, the owner is very kind and serves one-day cleaning per request. They also provide hemming/repair service.

I asked for next day service, they said they don't do it but they would for me this time. It was my first time there. I brought in a silk shirt. It was only pressed. The owner charged me extra since it was embroidered and silk, literally all he did was press it and not clean it at all. I pointed out the spots still on the shirt. He said it was some kind of glue and wouldn't come out. That he would have to use very dangerous chemicals and wouldn't want to be put at risk of being exposed to get it out. I scraped off the spots of food with my finger nail. It came right off. Dishonest. Just say you don't do next day.
