Nice and friendly people, and always able to be seen. The shop is clean and warm place to relax. I prefer the kind treatment I receive here.

Best nail salon I've found in Coos Bay got a full set a few weeks ago the all lasted great and just got my fill done. I highly recommend her! Black and white set are the first time I went the black and green are my fill

I went in and was told there was a 30 minute wait so my sister and I, sat and waited. After 45 minutes went by she let us know it would be only a few more. I understand that appointments run long and that was no big deal, though after an 1 hour and 15 minutes went by I started to get very impatient. I finally got sat down and she started to prep my nails for a full set, though only 2 nails in someone came in to get wax and she immediately got up to do her wax. I sat there for ANOTHER 30 minutes. At this point I had waited for almost 2 hours. Very very unprofessional. I would have been okay with her either declining my service, or letting me know there was a much longer wait time. Would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to get their nails done in a professional manner.

The lady is super friendly and nice but I have never walked away from a place so disappointed in my nails. I’m going to make an appointment elsewhere to see if they can remove or fix it. My first issue is one of my pointer fingers are so crooked they will have to remove itnto fix it. Second she used that Dremel and sat it so deep and hard on my nail and skin it burnt and let a blister. So yeah very upset and now have to wear a bandaid from my burning skin ....

Love, love, love my nails! I showed her a picture of what I wanted them to look like snd she did them perfectly. She even found the perfect pink powder. After she was done, she suggested some jewels on a couple of my nails. I normally don't like jewels or flowers, but I love them!! Can't wait to get a pedicure soon!
