I found LG Solutions through streeteasy. Carol (very lovely and kind) called me and we spoke for about 15 - 20 minutes. She accommodated our family by letting us view apartments at 6PM and a Friday. Carol was right on the money.. she knew exactly what we wanted to see! We viewed two apartments that were exactly what we were looking for... the next day, Saturday, we put in an application. We met the wonderful Luis who reviewed our application and was very transparent with us. Honestly guys, our application wasn't ideal for the apartment we wanted. Let's just say that Luis pulled many strings and was able to advocate for my family. Thanks to LG Solutions our application was approved and we moved in a few days later.nnWe searched for 6 months! We met with the top notch realty companies - we encountered realtors who only worked certain hours, realtors who showed us multiple places that they knew was not what we were looking for, realtors who wanted to interview us before viewing, realtors that no-showed us, realtors who harrassed and tried to negotiate so that we can apply... I'm telling you I can write a book on trying to rent in NYC. LG realty was a blessing in disguise!! We love our new place. We appreciate everything Luis and Carol did to help us find our home. Thank you guys!!!!

$100 broker fee whether they find a place for you or not. Just FYI. That amount does go towards the broker fee if they find you a place. 15% broker fee. I was told by the broker that the photos in the window (which was what made me stop by in the first place) are always out of date and gone, so use them more as a guide than an actual listing.
