Englewood Village

Great place to live. Been here 5 years, and I'm pretty happy. The on site manager, Steve, is one of the good guys. Always helping out and running the place really well!nBuildings are old, but charming. Walls are thin, but they are updating apartments with full modern amenities where they can. The property is kept clean and it's a quiet and safe area.nIt's a great location. About 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, and it's about a four minute drive from the palisades parkway and a three minute drive off route 4. Public transportation to the city is also right out front.

We lived here for two years and should say has been an awesome experience. Very well maintained and all repairs/issues taken care of immediately. It is a lovely apartment complex with spacious interiors. Thanks Steve and the Englewood village family for making our stay a memorable one.

My family and I have lived here for nearly 5 years and I can't say enough great things about this complex, the management, the maintenance team and the property owners! The grounds are clean and always kept up, service requests are honored on time and efficiently. The property manager, Steve, is the absolute best; he is friendly, caring, professional & attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and it helps that public transportation to the city is right in front.

I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do so, because we had such a wonderful experience at Englewood Village. We needed a temporary residence for the year, while we did construction on our home. The ease and comfort of Englewood Village was a pleasure! The bedrooms are spacious, the layout is very convenient, and the complex (interior and exterior) is well-maintained. There is also easy access to outdoor space and garage parking. When we needed a little extra time in our apartment past our lease-end date because our house was not ready yet, Englewood Village provided us with that option. A huge thanks to the property manager, Steve Gorman for making our experience seamless! Englewood Village suited our needs perfectly.

My husband lived here for five years and I lived here for almost four. It was a great apartment complex, the apartments are well-maintained and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Our apartment was extremely quiet, but we lived on a top-floor private entrance apartment so that could vary, but overall it was a peaceful and calm complex. The other residents are friendly and some have lived there for many years. The grounds are neat, manicured and nice to walk around with your dog. The apartment is close to many major highways which makes getting where you want to go easy. We were both sad to say goodbye to the apartment because it really has treated us well the past five years and was a joy to live in.
