Magic Style

i got my nails done there three days ago and all of them are already off. i paid $35 for them. i just wanted the regular full set of acrylic nails and instead she did polly gel which costed me $10 more, but so generously she charged me $35 instead of $45 for the polly gel, which i did not even ask for. will not be going back ever again.

Place was very dirty. Went in for gel nail nails. Started chipping 2 days later. All the gel polish chipped off and separated from the nail. Ive never had that happen in past with other nail salons and gel polish . Waste of money. Will not go there again or recommend. Not professional. 0 stars. Not refunding money or fixing.

Thu WAS the licensed nail woman there. Her work is amazing and very high quality. She got the 5 star rating. She was wonderful. She recently moved out and is opening her own spa. Now be warned: DO NOT GO TO MAGIC STYLE!! Chong is the owner and can not do nails at all. I do not think she is licensed. She will destroy your nails and yell at you. She threatens to call the police and if you want a refund she says bring a lawyer. If you want your nails done right go see Thu at Nail Polish Spa soon opening in downtown Coos Bay.

Went in on Wednesday for gel nails. The owner did my nails. None of my nails we're the same shape or length so I had to reshape them all myself at home. Then I just scratched my leg like normal and the Polish and gel came off down to the tip. Went in today (4/20) to ask for a refund ($40) and she told me no refunds and to find a lawyer. Her own employees said shes bad at nails. Don't go here unless you go to Thu. She's the only one who has respect and a brain.

Went in to get a fill on my nails and left feeling amazimg and totally happy with my new look. The ladys in there were very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be recommending them to others and I'll most definitely be going back.
