Constant issues with air conditioning, water, plumbing, and general maintenance. Office rarely gives any notice for major inconveniences like turning off the water. Maintenance enters apartments without any notice. Office is completely unresponsive to telephone calls and superintendent never picks up the phone. The doorknobs on doors leading to the stairwells are often dislodged and on the floor for weeks before anyone fixes them. Of the four coin operated washing machines, you are lucky if 2 of them are working at the same time. Interestingly, they raise the rent every year and every year the bulding gets worse and worse.nnJust this Summer, the apartment above mine flooded (because the water was shut off without notice AGAIN and my upstairs neighbor left their faucet on). Not only was I NOT even done the courtesy of a telephone call, but when I came home from work at 8PM, my apartment was a wreck and my personal effects, soaking wet, were strewn about the apartment. My hall carpet was thrown over a step ladder in my kitchen in a pool of filthy water. My shoes were soaked. There was water damage all over the ceiling and in my closets. When the work crew finally arrived, no time frame for repairs was presented and it took weeks of unannounced visits from the repairmen before the damage was mitigated. However, the job was subpar and the walls in my bathroom are bubbling from the moisture still trapped in the walls and ceiling. At no point since I contacted the office did I receive ANY communication from the office.nnTheir management of this property is supremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and frankly absurd.nnStop hiding from your tenants and answer the phone. This is your job. Do it.

Property Manager is unresponsive and unprofessional. Will ignore issue if it can not be resolved. Building has continuous heat problems
