What I noticed about Mike is that he works at an older and established local real estate company that provides the additional help by giving its customers referrals to other people in diverse but related fields like home loans, masonry, home insurance, real estate lawyers, and landscaping. I think this is what really exemplifies Michael as an excellent agent. I asked around and regular house sellers do not come equipped with all these connections and knowledge and simply sell a house and remain friendly but do not do the full job like Michael does. It is a shame my cousin at first bought a house with another agent only to have so many issues later on and he really regrets not going to an established agent like Mike with a local agency like Sunrise. We learned that he gets paid only through commission despite all the extra work he has done. From now on my family and I will fully support Mike and his brokerage, and we will give our best word to others so that his business continues providing the best work for others.

Michael Tiago is professional, friendly, and is an amazing realtor in this area. He's helped me out with understanding some real estate concepts, and in putting offers on homes. He has shown me plenty of homes. I don't want to overwork him after he showed me 8+ different places. I pretty had my mind set with the 3 he showed me at first that I was able to narrow down on Trulia, and he's helped me find a local mortgage person and lawyer that I can trust. Contrary to what most of his Google results show, he's currently active in New Jersey. He really understands real estate investing opportunities like multifamily properties and renting out condominiums. I'll be contacting him again when I save enough to put on more down payments for investment properties.

Michael Tiago is helpful and informative. He's very easy to contact through calls and texts. He's pretty good with sending homes I'm interested and it's almost like he knows exactly what I want.nIt's such a great experience going around seeing homes with him. He's able to explain important details on homes and he's been quick with providing information that I really really need like if the houses I was looking at have oil tanks or what kind of heating they have, or if they're in a flood zone, or what are nearby main roads I would use to get to and from places.nI strongly recommend working with Michael Tiago if you want to have a skilled well connected local realtor agent representing you. Bonus, I didn't know that real estate agents get paid through commission so basically, he's free and he's been the best real estate agent I've worked with. I'm recommending him to everyone I know.
