This business was unprofessional in all angles. The nail job was completely botched and when asked for a refund we literally had to fight tooth and nail with both the nail tech and manager. Manger yelled cussed and when finally agreeing to the refund yelled at us and told us to never come back. All my fiancé wanted was some nice acrylics. And instead we had a day full of hassle. I do not recommend this place for nails.

The Woman that was going to do simple braids on my hair didn’t know what she was doing. I have curly hair (3a-3c) and she brushed my hair DRY (that’s a big no no) and she didn’t use any product to moisturize my hair properly. My hair turned out terrible. The “braids” Came out in around 2 days. I feel that the woman that “braided” my hair should be more educated on curly hair.

My fiancé went in for a hair cut. Tried to be friendly and say hi to the stylist - an older lady - and was cut off with “what do you want.” He was surprised but tried to move along and explain what he wanted, only to be cut off again that she wasn’t gonna do what he wanted. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

Trying a new hair cut place before the close down. I have been getting complemented all day on my hair cut.
