Gaviota Cleaners

I walk in, the guy behind the counter is on the phone. Doesn't acknowledge me standing there. I'm trying to be patient. I have my pants to be dry cleaned on the counter. I wait. Wait a little more. He's still gabbing and it doesn't sound like a customer call. Still nothing. Not even a hand gesture to let me know he'll be with me soon. Nothing. I'm completely invisible. Take the pants and walk out. As I leave, he calls after me. Too late. I'll never be back. I live right across the street. I usually take my clothes further downtown. This time I said I should really patronize the businesses right in front of me. So I chose this place I pass a million times. And this is what happens. Glad to know they're doing so well they can ignore the customers. But there is a place 1 block south (OK Cleaners). That's my new local place from now on.

Love this place. Great care, amazing service. I'm happy this is my local cleaner.
