You do laundry for two hours of more and today they don’t let you use the bathroom after you just drank tons of water while washing your clothes so you don’t dehydrate! The workers hardly speak English! I have always used the bathroom even with the closed sign on it! Now today it’s closed

Always Great in the early morning hrs

The staff at this location leaves something to be desired. I went in on the 24th of December to check the hours of operation. It said it closes at 7pm, at 6pm I brought a few things in to wash and one of the staff told me I could not wash because the last load was to be done at 4:30pm. I then proceeded to ask why was that not specified on the door with the other information. She then became rude and told me I could not wash and had to leave. I then asked for the contact information for the lady that is over the establishment and I was told there is no woman that she is the only one there over the business. I then described with the woman looked like and asked for her contact information again and was told “I’m not giving you anything.” I then explained that I can retrieve the information from off line. I then asked her for her name, I was then told, “I’m not giving you nothing”. I understand establishments will be closing early on these days but proper advertisement is a huge part of good business, as well as good employees. This establishment is a bit to expensive for what and where it is to have uncouth employees, especially when there are so many other competitors in the area. I would affirm they recommend to all others to take your money else where.

This is a great place. Clean, roomy, lots of assorted size washers and a whole backside of dryers.nToday was a horrible afternoon as the women who are attending the laundromat allowed their family/friends to take on the WHOLE left side of washers and then ALL of the dryers. People were straining to fold their clothes as they also took up ALL of the folding stations.nThe dryers only had three to four items a piece. When the cycle was completed, they would not remove their clothing items for others to use the dryer. When asked to do so, they were upset as they were interrupted from their conversations. When the attendants were informed, they never approached them.nOne can not run a business allowing your employees to bring in friends/family to swamp your place during primetime. ud83dude12ud83dude10ud83dude11

The place has lots of machines. All of them working. Plenty of space. The place is always clean. Staff is always sweeping. Love it.
