The employees in the tool rental department are amazing. they are extremely knowledgeable Great customer service, and very helpful. I rented a grinder HD didn't have any blades and Greg went to his car and gave me one of his own it was used but it got the job done. Thanks again Greg you the best.

As the store is quite large and contains many, many aisles, it would be nice if the staff knew the correct aisles to direct you to. If you don't know where to send me, simply say I don't know. I prefer that than to run around 20 aisles down and it's not even close to containing what I'm looking for.

Please do not place online orders from this store they have very bad customer service and won’t give you a refund if you don’t go in person to the store.nnI place and order 6 days ago for express delivery they told be will be deliver on Monday and marked and shipped and nobody showed up to the location when I call them back they said will give me $45 dollars compensation and delivery will show up at 9AM next day Tuesday and is 3:45PM today and they just told me they can do anything and I need to go to the store to get my money back. If you are and contractor please make sure you clear of this before you order anything because this store will damage your business day.
