I have always used this service and they never let me down, always reliable. However I will not be using any longer due to the fact that they are a little more costly than most but don’t mind paying if it’s worth the price. The cars they use are so disgusting I have no words! The last one that picked me up had a seat that was literally missing and the damage inside the car was awful. All their vehicles are old and worn out. I had a very unpleasant ride that was 40 minutes from the airport in a vehicle that smelled and had a black plastic bag covering the front seats cause they were so worn out. For the price they charge, that’s unacceptable service.

Troy from Bellville Car Service literally saved me! I was waiting for a cab for over 40 minutes when I called other services in the area. They all have been rude to and provided terrible customer service. But when I called Bellville Car Service, the lady on a phone was so polite and kind to me. She promised 15 minutes wait and Troy picked me up in less than that.It is so nice to know there are still good people out there. God Bless America!!!

By far the worst car service in the area for the past 2 year. The workers sound like druggies and always have a attitude. They don’t even call you when the cab is outside that’s 1 , 2 they don’t put the ride in the system till you call the second time then say it’s going to be about 15-20 minutes Bc they never called out the ride. It’s time to get new employees Bc this company right now is very unprofessional
