The Home Depot

I experienced poor appliance customer service and an inept sales department when shopping for a washer and dryer. Customer attentiveness and knowledge of product is nearly non existent. Sales floor was MIA and when they were around put in minimal effort to explain products. When I had a follow up question, they just disappeared. The lack of customer experience closed the window for me purchasing in-store. What a shame.

Home Depot has a good selection of home do it yourself products. The customer care was super kind. I was able to find a product and leave with the product as needed. Ready to answer any questions with the kindness needed to prepare for check out.

I was looking for a part that was not on the shelf. Online showed three available. The home depot store associate took the time to help me. Went up top looked and found a box without the part number, and low a behold it was the part three exactly. I want to thank you for helping me and taking the time to find the part. It was for our shower which can not be used without this part. Thank you and be safe and healthy!

Today, in and out. Returned a rented drywall lift. Definitely a must whe you're putting up drywall on the ceiling solo. Rental area is pretty good.
