Visited this DK on saturday and it was attended by two female employees. One was mopping the floor and the other behind counter making boxes. After waiting for over a minute in line waiting to be attended I asked is anybody working here and lady that was mopping pointed to lady behind counter. Howerver, lady behind counter kept making boxes and ignoring me. I walked out . Maybe i am the invisible man.

Unfortunately, they can't take simple instructions for coffee. They have new employees who are nervous serving customers, and older employees who barely understand English.

Needs employees who understand simple coffee orders and can fully understand english.

No chairs or way to relax. Eat your donuts and drink your coffee
