I remember coming into the store meeting a young man who cleaned my AC , I think his name was Julio or Jose , im sorry if its wrong. Everytime I came in, he was very welcoming and informative. He helped answer any questions I had for him. I have to say he was very patient with me considering my state of mind at the time because of the heat. Wonderful service and kinda of miss this customer service from this store .

Many items are not priced. If you want to know the price of an item you have to bring the item to the counter to ask the price.nnFor instance: there are roughly 20 pans (including wok, skillet, pot) and only 10 of them are marked with a price. Prices for cooking vessels range from $24 to $70 to $200. Put prices on the gosh darn products! This is frustrating.
