C & S True Value Hardware

I visited C&S True Value Hardware for a plumbing problem. The employee not only helped me select the right parts but also showed me how to install them correctly. He also asked me to come back if I had any problems. Their extreme customer service is the reason that I would recommend them to anyone. The employees at C&S True Value Hardware go above and beyond to help customers with what they need. They don't even bother to sending you to competitors if they don't have what you're looking for—highly recommended!

OH MY GOD!same Taking advantage of pandemicnWhen we look back at this time, please remember that this store rented us a rugdoctor to us for cleaning and when we returned bacuse we were 20mins late next day they charged us for ENTIRE EXTRA DAY! WORST MANAGER points at the clock and starts reading policies like a parrot!

Taking advantage of pandemicnWhen we look back at this time, please remember that this store was selling 6 rolls of toilet paper for over $15.00. Ask them to be better neighbors. Key foods, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s have been good community members did not raise prices. Shame to this store that Says True Value, but is no value to the community in a national emergency.

NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS this store will rob people blind! I had a similar experience to other customers the store has shady policies
