We regret what happened but our employees are forced to wear their masks because we know the seriousness of all this ... we give our t-shirts to our clients and it is possible that at that time there was a client with our t-shirt and an employee was mistaken in which we will be working This is so that it does not happen again ... we are very sorry for the misunderstanding and we hope that you will visit us soon and with much affection we will give you the best service...

I went there and was shocked that at least two of their staff had no mask on. The worse part is the guy who had no mask on was shouting while talking to another guy right at the entrance. The store was a closed-space. There was no air flow from outside.nnWhen I asked him why not wearing a mask, he said he didn't like it... thus, this staff is putting everyone who walked into this store at risk...I will never return to that store again. There's another hardware two blocks away that doesn't make me feel this uncomfortable.

They charged me $7 for a roll of tape that cost $3 everywhere else. I understand other stores are shut down and you may be getting less business but trying to take advantage of people and price gauging is unacceptable. I'll be reporting this place tomorrow. They also sell knock offs of other brands. Don't shop here!!

Variety of inventory, great customer service and prices

Very clean and organized store. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable and eager to help in anyway they can. Overall great experience, preferred hardware store to visit thus far. I do wish they carried other brands of tools that I am fond of but overall great selection.
