Helpful employees despite not having the part I needed, they gave helpful advise on how to get it

Clean store, helpful staff, good selection. I gave it a 4 star rating because we wanted to buy a refrigerator to replace ours which stopped working overnight. We picked three refrigerators that would fit in our space. The salesman told us he could deliver one model in 3 months, one in 4 months, and one in 45 days. Who can wait that long for a refrigerator?! Needless to say, we went to PC Richards and bought a refrigerator they will deliver in 3 days.

Came for a bathroom vanity, Gaby helped me with the most professionalism and best customer service one could ask for. Brought down my item from a higher shelf, helped me find the best price, and even carried it to load into my car! Give Gaby a raise!!! Extremely helpful staff all around, all Lowes need a Gaby.

They seem to be running BAU with the exception of masks and plexiglass. Very clean with friendly staff.
