I went in for a full set pink and white dip ombre. I was told it would be up to $55. When I got there I was with one lady and once she was told it would be a dip set another lady came up. She asked me what I wanted and when I told her she seemed confused and so I explained how a different salon did it. She then made a phone call to that salon to ask how he did it. She said her husband worked there and that that is who she called. The end result is not the greatest by any means, there is a black hair stuck underneath the top layer so I can't get it off, the sides of multiple nails didn't even get covered with the dip powder and one has a chipped tip. Then to top it all of I was charged $80!!! Worst experience I have ever had and there's no way to get it fixed.

Lynn did my pedicure and she was amazing! She clearly cares about her work and overall satisfaction of her clients. I will definitely be coming back again. The salon itself was very clean, and so relaxing. Highly recommend ud83dudc4c

These ladies were all very nice and super accommodating to my very young daughter who came with me for her first time to the nail salon. They were patient and sweet. Lynn was very gentle and gave an excellent massage and perfect polish on me and even on the tiny little toes of my daughter! My daughter was intimidated at first and didn’t want to let them do anything on her but Lynn’s gentleness and patience won her over and she said she loves it here lol. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking good care of us guys!

My family and I had a great experience getting pedicures here! We’ll definitely be coming back for more! Brittany was great and super accommodating for our large crowd. I highly recommend iris salon!

This was the most relaxing pedicure I had ever had. The technician focused totally on me. She wasn’t chatting with other technicians are jumping between clients which is often happened at other salons
