Nice station. Great views

The train station shows nice scenic views of the Hudson River. The design of the track is inconveniently designed, though.nnThe simplest track to use is the northbound track because it is a few feet away from the road. Going to and coming from the southbound track is cumbersome: right, u-turn, up the stairs, right, right, down the stairs, right... sigh. Perhaps investing in a better train station would bring in more passengers at this station, which Northern Yonkers is not prepared to handle yet which is why it is not being improved.

The location is dirty. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning it but the stairs that lead to the parking lot area are always dirty and at night it's very dark. Today someone had an accident on the stairs that lead to the actual train station (southside) and it smelled so foul. No personnel around to alert. Just disgusting
